So my lesson of the week is to always get the job done completely especially when it involves forest creatures that aren't supposed to be living in your house.
My week started normally enough. Big Red was out of town but no big deal. Since I am paranoid I decided to sleep on the couch downstairs just in case an intruder came into the house and I don't know, I guess I thought I could react faster downstairs- I can see it now me and my five pound dog and 20 pound dog against a gun-toting intruder- okay so back to the story. Well I didn't have to worry about a human intruder, little did I know I would be battling intruders of another kind. My two sweet dogs are just no help at all. However at 1:30 in the morning Huck decide to whimper just a little bit and then just put his head back down, fast to sleep. I sat up to see what the problem was just in time to get a front row viewing of Mr. Ratatouille. While I am a true animal lover, I don't go for the species that carry disease and whipped out most of England a long time ago. Glad Huck could be of help. So we called the Humane Trappers again and said that Mr. Ratatouille and family were back. Since we had a small attic problem a couple months back I assumed the company's guarantee would come into play however their guarantee didn't cover this problem because we didn't do all the work they recommended, can we say "loop hole". So how only three months later we are giving all of our vacation money to the Humane Trappers so Mr. Ratatouille and family can go live in another house. Actually this time, I told them to go for the kill so Mr. Ratatouille and family will be going to live in heaven.
Lesson learned...get all the work done at once so you don't have to pay double.
